Job Requirements: We are seeking a full-time, remote, India-based IT recruiter for US and India-based positions. In this position, you will be working directly with our teams in the US to understand and define the job requisitions and screening candidates on the phone or Zoom.

Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with HR to define job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles. Build a repeatable, uniform and scalable process for end-to-end hiring, including:
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • Identify and contact passive candidates
  • Assess and screen applications telephonically (or on Zoom)
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews
  • Offer negotiation
  • Proactively source candidates through a range of strategies, including but not limited to:
  • Job boards & databases, such as Indeed, Dice, etc.
  • Social media (LinkedIn)
  • Referral programs
Required Skills:
  • Seven (7) years of progressive IT recruitment experience, both contract and permanent positions
  • Experience utilizing recruiting tools for sourcing and candidate/applicant management, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, web search, and other sourcing products
  • High level of comfort and competency with technology,
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a proven ability to meet and complete multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Self-starter, able to work cross functionally, communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Technical Project Manager

Job Requirements: We are hiring a Technical Project Manager. You will be working on a Telematics Integration Project.

Required Skills:
  • Ability to conduct in-depth technical discovery
  • Expertise in understanding and analyzing Cloud Infrastructure / Mobile development platform e.g. Java, Spring, AWS, Kubernetes, Azure, IOS/Android
  • Experience with Telematics Systems
  • Understanding of IoT
  • Automotive industry experience is required
  • 10+ years System Implementation, SDLC, Integration, and Project Management experience
  • Trained on process and/or technology methodologies - SDLC, Agile, Scrum
  • Experience working for a PMO. Familiar with project management tools
  • Knowledge of presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
  • Former software development experience is strongly preferred

Marketing Communications Undergraduate Intern - Summer 2025

Job Requirements: We are looking for an energetic and motivated Marketing Communications Intern to join us this summer. As an intern, you will work on a variety of marketing communications initiatives including Marketing and Business Materials rebranding, Social Media Campaigns, and Digital Marketing Assets Design.

You are expected to be onsite in our offices in Glendale.

Job Duties:
  • Support our team in content creation initiative to promote Assigncorp products and services
  • Suggest and create engaging marketing materials such as business briefs, presentations and marketing communications
  • Organize content available to marketing audience segments to use within collateral
  • Assist with social media content creation, monitor online presence, and conduct online market research
